This is a very important feature in Maintx as it gives you an efficient and easy means of navigation of all your assets. Here you have a detailed record of all equipment and related parts. 

Manage your equipment by using a structured, patrimonial, or you code to identify maintainable assets.

Here, you can store drawings and photos as well as any kind of technical document. You can link documents to any data object, such as machines, spare parts, work instructions, and others.

You can store documents directly in the database. This way all other users of the system can have access to the documents.
